We’re excited to introduce the Responsive School Improvement Plan, a collaboration between School Surveys and Steplab. The plan aims to help school leaders identify the areas that need improvement and take appropriate actions to address them.
The new Responsive School Improvement Plan uses the power of School Surveys to pinpoint areas where schools can focus their improvement efforts. School leaders can use these surveys, carefully mapped to Steplab’s coaching sequence, to gain valuable insights from teachers, students, and the wider community.
School leaders can then use this feedback to tailor Steplab Professional Development Plans to address their school’s priorities. Steplab’s leading coaching system then helps ensure teachers achieve their goals rapidly, and students benefit. Finally, schools can use School Surveys to measure the impact of their PD interventions.
The partnership brings together a seamless cycle of exceptional, evidence-informed PD, in a user-friendly and efficient format.
A straightforward process
Identify the problem: Schools can use School Surveys’ questions, linked to each area of Steplab’s coaching programme, to pinpoint what matters most to their teachers, pupils and wider community.
Select a solution: This feedback is then used to tailor your Steplab professional development approach and deliver coaching that directly addresses your school priorities.
Take action: Work with your teams to improve practice.
Evaluate progress: Revisit key questions with School Surveys to track progress and see the impact of your efforts.
