Duplicating a school survey

If you would like to duplicate a survey you have already created, you can do this quickly and easily. You can duplicate a survey at any stage whether it is currently open, scheduled or has already closed.

First, log in to your portal and click on the survey.

This will take you to the survey summary. On the right hand side at the bottom of the tool panel, you will see a copy icon and link which says duplicate survey.

Clicking on this link will bring up a pop-up box, asking you to confirm the start and end dates and times of your duplicated school survey.

Once ready, click the duplicate survey button and a pop up box will appear with the new share link available. Use the buttons at the bottom to review the survey – you can now also edit or change any questions.

You can now view your survey, continue to edit the survey or share the distribution link. You can schedule surveys as far in advance as you wish. Many schools choose to schedule surveys for the following term. For more advice on planning your articles, you can read our helpful advice article here.
